 Lightly tempura-fried zucchini and yellow squash with lemon-whipped ricotta, basil oil, and toasted pine nuts.
- Wagyu Tartare (+3 per guest) - Finely chopped beef with pickled mustard seeds, black garlic aioli, and a smoked egg yolk, served on a crispy house made rosemary cracker.
