We have you fill out a preference form. From there, we will pitch you a menu each week around your dietary restrictions and based on the restaurants you like to eat at. This process should feel like a collaborative approach where you can offer up cravings you’re having, etc. Our chef prepares your meals and delivers them in glass containers. Each week, we will swap the glass containers from the prior week.

Yes, on all plans groceries are included in the proposed pricing structure. Based on your tier selection, we may even throw in a few extras each week.

You can change your meal selections as often as you like! We encourage clients to update their preferences before each visit to ensure your menu stays fresh, exciting, and tailored to your current tastes.

Each visit typically lasts between 5-15 minutes, to give us time to place them in your fridge and swap the containers from prior week.

Yes! Another great benefit of hiring Tastify is that you can pause when you travel or need a break. Due to demand for this service, we cap pauses at 3 consecutive weeks. Anything beyond that will place you back on our waitlist for new clients and you will have to wait for an opening in our schedule. We also require one week’s notice from delivery date for travel plans so we can fill that spot for new client trials.

We recommend booking your meal prep service at least one week in advance to allow time for menu planning and grocery coordination. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on chef availability.
